A.M.  Being your best as an educational leader. Understanding the mind-set, tools and tasks of an educational leader.
Clarify, refresh, develop your own personal leadership profile: self-awareness.  Who is the leader you want to be!
Ensure you have the tools to create purpose, direction and motivation for a group of people – building staff / team unity
 
P.M.  Helping others to perform their best in your school or team – a toolkit for ensuring your people are at their best
Understand what people need to be able to perform their best as teachers
Have specific skills in coaching
