Wairarapa Early Childhood Network at the Heart of Professional Development
The Wairarapa Early Childhood Network is a forum for early childhood providers in the region to co-ordinate professional development and share good practice and experience.It is a recent innovation for the Wairarapa. The network includes all early childhood providers in the region – day care centres, kindergartens, Kohanga Reo, playcentres, playgroups and many other early childhood providers – and is a partnership between these organisations with a representative Steering Group providing advice and support.
There are plans for a number of strands to assist and enrich the current work of the centres. These strands will include:
- Leadership
- Whole Network
- Relievers
- Professional Reading
As these strands become a reality, this site will have devote pages to each of the key strands with information of upcoming activities.
