Learn to cook with real foods to help prevent and fight diseases while maintaining a healthy weight.
- Week one; Learn what effect the wrong foods have on your health and see how easy it is to replace with them with real foods that taste good. Seeing how the food pyramid was never designed for humans. See how a low-fat diet has caused obesity and diabetes and how eating the right fats can help you lose weight and feel great. Make and eat a cauliflower pizza.
- Week two: Learning about toxins in food and how they affect you. Reading labels to identify chemicals, etc. Make and eat chocolate, Brazil and coffee (dandelion) caramel creams.
- Week three: Talk on micronutrients and seeing what nutrients you could be low in and how you could improve your levels. Make and eat beetroot chocolate cakes.
Course running over a three-week period. Saturday 18th November to 2nd December 1.30 to 3 pm. Cost of course $40 per person.
